At **Indio Networks Pvt Ltd**, we design and manufacture innovative WiFi networking products like Access Points, Switches, and Routers. We’re looking for a proactive **Sales Coordinator** to support our growing sales team, manage administrative tasks, and handle communication with our interns and partners.

**What you’ll do**:

- Support the sales team with customer inquiries, quotations, proposals, and order processing.
- Manage and update CRM systems, customer records, and prepare regular sales reports.
- Handle all sales documentation, including agreements, purchase orders, invoices, and shipping documents.
- Coordinate with interns working on sales projects and ensure timely task completion.
- Communicate and coordinate with partners for order processing, documentation, and follow-ups.
- Liaise with internal teams for smooth execution of sales orders.
- Assist in organizing sales meetings, presentations, and supporting marketing activities when required.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in sales coordination, sales administration, or inside sales roles.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Good communication and relationship management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a dynamic environment.
