**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
- Prepare and distribute sales-related documents such as contracts, proposals, and presentations.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of sales reports and databases.
- Coordinate sales-related activities such as product demonstrations, trade shows, and customer events.
- Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and customer service to ensure alignment of sales efforts.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new sales team members.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the sales department and overall business objectives.

**Qualification**
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to providing exceptional service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,480.94 - ₹15,000.00 per month
