We are looking for a well-presented and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our corporate office. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to manage front-office responsibilities with grace and efficiency.
Position: Front Desk Receptionist
Experience: 3 – 5 Years
Qualification: Graduate (Any stream)
Requirement:
- Preferably from good family background
- Residing near Noida Sector 63 / nearby areas
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors with courtesy and professionalism
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules
- Support in office administration and coordination with departments
- Ensure reception area is neat, presentable, and organized
- Assist HR/Administration team with day-to-day tasks
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication in English & Hindi
Professional appearance and grooming
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and handle front-desk responsibilities
