About us

Kushagra Infotech Services (KIS Technology) is an IT services company focused on fintech solutions. We're a small, energetic team looking for a polite and organized Receptionist cum Telecaller to manage the front desk and support lead follow-up activities.

What you'll do

  • Greet visitors and manage the reception area professionally.
  • Answer, screen, and transfer incoming calls; take accurate messages.
  • Make outbound calls for lead follow-ups, appointment confirmations, and basic customer support.
  • Manage incoming emails and route them to the appropriate team.
  • Schedule meetings and maintain the office calendar.
  • Maintain visitor logs, stationery inventory, and basic office administration.
  • Assist with simple data entry and updating contact lists/CRM.
  • Support the team with ad-hoc clerical tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • 0–1 year experience; freshers and interns encouraged to apply.
  • Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Pleasant phone etiquette, polite and professional manner.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office — Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Comfortable with outbound calling and following a script.
  • Punctual, organized, and customer-service oriented.
  • Minimum education: High school / Diploma / Graduate (any relevant qualification).

Preferred

  • Prior telecalling or front-desk experience (even internship/6 months).
  • Familiarity with basic CRM or data entry tools.
