**Job Title: Receptionist cum Telecaller**

**Department**: Sales / Front Desk
We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented, and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Receptionist cum Telecaller. This role requires a mix of administrative, communication, and sales skills. You will be the first point of contact for our visitors and clients, as well as the first point of contact for outbound calls. You will manage front desk responsibilities while handling telecalling duties related to in-house sales.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Receptionist Duties**:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
- Manage the company’s front desk and provide excellent customer service to clients and guests.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Coordinate with other departments to manage office-related queries.
- **Telecaller Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote and sell company services/products.
- Follow up on leads, prospects, and inquiries to convert them into sales.
- Address customer inquiries and provide product/service information effectively.
- Update and maintain customer databases and CRM systems.
- Provide after-sales support and maintain a positive relationship with customers.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints in a professional manner.
- **Administrative and Sales Support**:
- Maintain records of sales calls and client communications.
- Assist the sales team with lead generation, prospecting, and follow-ups.
- Update and manage Excel spreadsheets with sales-related data, client contacts, and other necessary details.
- Generate and prepare sales reports as required.
**Key Skills Required**:
- **Proficiency in Excel**: Ability to work with Excel for maintaining customer records, sales data, and reports.
- **Good Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [language(s)].
- **Customer Service**: Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- **Sales Skills**: Experience in in-house sales or telecalling, with the ability to persuade and close deals.
