Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Mumbai. The Business Development Manager will focus on driving business growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and collaborating with leadership to develop effective strategies. Day-to-day tasks include market research, client meetings, contract negotiations, and managing the sales pipeline. The role also involves setting targets, supervising business development processes, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Business Development and Sales skills, including market research and contract negotiations
- Client Relationship Management and Account Management skills
- Strategic Planning and Analytical skills
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
- Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience in recruitment or human capital solutions is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
