Business Development Executive

Exceller Books, a global self-publishing house, is inviting applications for the position of Business Development & Author Consultant.
Role Overview:
The selected candidate will consult authors and academicians regarding publishing and related services, helping them choose suitable packages and programs. This is an office-based business development role focused on relationship building, communication, and service coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
• Interact with authors, academicians, and researchers to understand their publishing goals
• Recommend appropriate publishing and promotional packages
• Assist authors with other services such as Bookstore Distribution, Literary Awards, and Marketing Programs
• Follow up with interested leads and maintain author relationships
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution of author projects
Requirements:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Interest in books, publishing, or the education sector
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Email, Google Workspace)
• Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree (any discipline); Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers are welcome)
Job Type: Full-time, Office-based
