Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Executive Assistant to support our company directors. The role includes managing schedules, coordinating with teams, preparing reports, and handling communication to ensure smooth operations and timely updates for leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage directors' calendars, meetings, and travel bookings.
- Coordinate with internal teams and provide regular updates to directors.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes.
- Handle emails, communication, and confidential documents.
- Assist in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
Requirements
- Graduate in Business Administration/Management/Commerce (preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience as EA/Executive Coordinator (freshers with strong skills may apply).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
