Operations & Admin Executive – Floor & Director

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive Executive to manage daily floor activities, administrative responsibilities, and support company directors by tracking and reporting team progress. The role requires strong organizational skills, communication abilities, and the ability to coordinate smoothly across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily floor operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Track team progress and provide updates/reports to directors.
- Assist directors in planning, scheduling, and project execution.
- Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and facility needs.
- Maintain , documents, and correspondence.
- Arrange meetings, travel bookings, and office events.
Skills & Requirements
- Graduate in Business Administration / Management / Commerce (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in admin/coordination (freshers with strong skills may apply).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
