**Position Overview:**

We are currently seeking an experienced Internal Auditor to join our team at Aimlay Pvt Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting internal audits and process audits to ensure the effectiveness of our internal controls and compliance with industry standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Conduct internal audits to evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls and processes.

  2. Perform detailed process audits to identify areas for improvement in operational efficiency.

  3. Develop and implement risk-based audit plans in accordance with regulatory requirements.

  4. Document and communicate audit findings, providing practical recommendations to enhance controls and operational effectiveness.

  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely implementation of audit recommendations.

  6. Stay abreast of changes in regulations and industry standards relevant to internal audit processes.

**Qualifications:**

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

  2. Minimum of 3 years of proven work experience in internal audit and process audit roles.

  3. Strong knowledge of internal audit methodologies, risk management, and compliance standards.

  4. Proficiency in audit software and MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

  5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

  6. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
