**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct internal audits to assess financial operations, ensure compliance with established policies and procedures, and identify areas for process improvement.
- Review financial statements, reports, and accounting records to verify accuracy, completeness, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Develop audit plans, perform risk assessments, and execute audit procedures in accordance with professional standards.
- Identify weaknesses in internal controls and recommend corrective actions to mitigate risks and enhance operational efficiency.
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports detailing findings, recommendations, and suggested improvements for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate audit results and provide guidance on best practices.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry trends to ensure audits align with current standards and requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce (B.Com & M.Com) from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or related financial roles.
- Solid understanding of auditing principles, accounting standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and accounting software.
