Job Summary

We are looking for a well-presented and proactive Receptionist cum Admin Executive to join our team. This role combines front-desk reception responsibilities with office administration. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong MS Excel knowledge, and the ability to support management in day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff at the reception.
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional manner.
  • Maintain reception area and handle incoming/outgoing courier and mail.
  • Manage office stationery, supplies, and vendor coordination.
  • Assist in booking travel, tickets, and accommodations for management.
  • Support Director and senior management in administrative tasks.
  • Organize meetings, appointments, and office records.
  • Prepare reports and maintain data in MS Excel.

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferably Business Administration).
  • 1–4 years of experience in reception and administration roles.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Well-organized, professional, and detail-oriented.
