Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management Manager at Skipper Furnishings, located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The CRM Manager will be responsible for developing and managing customer relationships, overseeing market segmentation, driving sales initiatives, and handling project management tasks. The role involves analyzing customer data, implementing CRM strategies, enhancing customer satisfaction, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
