Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Executive located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Customer Relationship Executive will be responsible for managing business relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include handling client relations, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring effective communication with clients. The role requires proactive engagement with customers and maintaining long-term relationships to enhance overall customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Client Relations skills
  • Expertise in Business Relationship Management and Communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
  • Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in local languages is an advantage
