Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kolkata for a Customer Relationship Executive in Digital Sales . The Customer Relationship Executive will be responsible for managing customer satisfaction, building and maintaining business relationships, ensuring excellent customer service, and handling client relations. Daily tasks will involve resolving customer queries, managing communication, and fostering long-term relationships with clients.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Mortgage Minimum 1year
- Strong Communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Graduate
- Prior experience in the financial services industry is an advantage
