Role Overview

At VisionHigh, the Customer Relationship Executive plays a key role in connecting with clients, understanding their needs, generating new leads, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. As Indias leading creative marketing company, we depend on strong client relationshipsand the CRE is the backbone of that success.

This is a remote work-from-home position, giving you flexibility while working with a high-performing digital team.

Salary: 20K to 40K per Month ( Work From Home )

Stable Internet Connection Required + Stable Cellphone Network Required + Good in Hindi, English with their Local Languages

1. Lead Generation

  • Identify potential customers through social media, online platforms, referrals, and industry networks.
  • Make outreach calls, emails, and messages to build a strong pipeline of prospects.
  • Convert leads into appointments or qualified sales opportunities.
  • Understand customer needs and match them with VisionHigh services.
  • Maintain accurate lead records using CRM or internal tools.

2. Client Communication & Relationship Management

  • Communicate regularly with new and existing clients.
  • Provide complete information about VisionHighs services (Social Media, Ads, Web Design, Branding, etc.).
  • Build trust-based relationships through consistent follow-ups.
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate between the client and internal teams.
  • Handle customer concerns calmly and professionally.

3. Customer Support & Coordination

  • Understand customer projects and pass accurate requirements to design, ads, and marketing teams.
  • Provide timely updates and ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Build strong post-sales relationships to increase client retention.
  • Collect feedback and ensure continuous improvement in client service.

4. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain daily activity records: calls, leads, meetings, and client conversations.
  • Prepare weekly lead-conversion and performance reports.
  • Support management with data and insights for decision-making.

Required Skills

1. Excellent Communication Skills

  • Clear and confident speaking ability in English, Hindi, or regional languages.
  • Ability to explain services professionally and politely.
  • Strong listening and understanding skills.

2. Professional Attitude

  • Positive, motivated, and customer-focused personality.
  • Ability to manage time, multitask, and work independently from home.
  • Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.

3. Digital & Technical Awareness

  • Understanding of digital marketing basics (preferred).
  • Comfortable using CRM tools, Google Sheets, email, and WhatsApp Business.
  • Should own a smartphone and stable internet connection.

Qualification

  • Minimum: Higher Secondary (10+2)
  • Preferred: Graduation in any stream
  • Advantage: Courses in marketing, business, or communication.
