Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Kolkata Area for a Customer Service Executive. The role involves managing customer interactions, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining service quality standards. The Customer Service Executive will also coordinate with internal teams to improve customer support processes while fostering positive relationships with clients.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction management
- Experience in Customer Service Management and handling service quality improvement initiatives
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and address customer needs effectively
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication
- Experience in financial or payment services industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field is preferred
