Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist – IT Sales

Location: Sector 5, Kolkata | Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate qualified leads for web services, mobile app development, e-commerce platforms, and SEO solutions.
- Research target markets, identify potential clients, and initiate contact through email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads through initial discovery calls or messages.
- Maintain and update lead databases and CRM systems with accurate records.
- Schedule appointments or demos for the Business Development team.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies.
- Conduct competitor analysis and support campaign performance tracking.
- Assist in preparing introductory emails, pitches, and basic proposals.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in lead generation or business development in the IT services industry.
- Familiarity with web development, CMS platforms, e-commerce, and SEO services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with international clients is preferred.
- Basic understanding of sales funnels, CRM tools, and email marketing platforms.
- Ability to work independently and meet lead generation targets.
