Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager Commercial Lines, located in Bengaluru. The primary responsibilities include managing and developing commercial client accounts, providing exceptional customer service, overseeing claims management, and coordinating with underwriting teams. The Relationship Manager will also be tasked with maintaining and growing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for new business. They will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Insurance and Underwriting
  • Strong Customer Service and Account Management skills
  • Knowledge of Claims Management processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
  • Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
