Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Bangalore. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Key responsibilities include creating and implementing sales strategies, analysing sales data, preparing reports, and leading a sales team. The role also requires collaboration across departments to meet customer needs and achieve organisational goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, customer relationship management, and business development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in analysing sales data, setting targets, and creating effective sales strategies
- Familiarity with the building materials industry or similar industries is a plus
- Ability to work independently and deliver results in a target-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is advantageous
