Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an HVAC Project Manager located in Pune. The HVAC Project Manager will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery for air conditioning and refrigeration systems. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with clients, managing project timelines, expediting processes, inspecting project components, and optimizing logistics. The role demands active on-site supervision, collaborative leadership, and efficient problem-solving to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Project Management, with the ability to handle budgets, schedules, and team coordination effectively
  • Experience in Expediting and Logistics Management to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and equipment
  • Inspection skills to monitor project compliance with quality and safety standards
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams successfully
  • Problem-solving abilities and experience in the HVAC or construction industry are highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, is preferred
  • Understanding of HVAC systems and their components is an advantage
