Role Description

We are looking for a skilled
Project Engineer
to manage and execute HVAC & MEPF works for
Semiconductor and Data Center projects
. The role involves technical planning, execution, and coordination to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Plan, schedule, and monitor project activities for Semiconductor & Data Center HVAC/MEPF installations.
  2. Review design drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure compliance.
  3. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams for smooth execution.
  4. Supervise site work, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.
  5. Prepare and review project documentation, progress reports, and work schedules.
  6. Support procurement activities and material inspections.
  7. Handle client communications and resolve technical/site issues promptly.
  8. Assist in project testing, commissioning, and handover.

Education:

  1. B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
  2. Diploma holders with relevant experience may also apply.

Experience:

  1. 3–8 years in HVAC/MEPF project execution
  2. Experience in
    Clean room projects
    is highly desirable.

Technical Skills:

  1. Strong knowledge of Chilled Water Systems, Precision Cooling, CRAC/CRAH Units, Containment Systems.
  2. Understanding of Cleanroom HVAC (for Semiconductor projects).
  3. Familiar with drawings, BOQs, and project documentation.
  4. Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera, AutoCAD, and MS Office.

Soft Skills:

  1. Strong coordination and leadership abilities.
  2. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  3. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  4. Good communication and reporting skills.
