Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Growth Manager to spearhead our expansion in the corporate vertical, affiliate programs, and strategic partnerships. You'll play a pivotal role in scaling our impact among businesses, institutions, and new markets, while safeguarding and amplifying our brand's reputation.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate & Partnership Growth

  • Identify, approach, and secure new corporate clients and institutional partners (e.g., HR heads, wellness leads, maternity hospitals, business owners).
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive revenue, brand visibility, and market penetration.
  • Build and nurture affiliate networks and manage ongoing relationships to maximize referrals and collaborations.

Brand & Marketing Communications

  • Craft and deliver compelling brand messaging tailored for corporate and institutional audiences.
  • Collaborate with content teams to design B2B content strategies (case studies, whitepapers, presentations, workshops, etc.).
  • Oversee all corporate marketing collateral, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.

Public Relations & Storytelling

  • Manage PR initiatives, including press releases, media outreach, and thought leadership placements.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful presentations and pitches to prospective partners and clients.
  • Be a brand storyteller, representing House of Sheelaa at events, webinars, and corporate forums.

Crisis & Internal Communications

  • Lead crisis communication planning and execution, proactively safeguarding brand trust.
  • Develop internal communication strategies to facilitate smooth onboarding and engagement for corporate clients and partners.

Data-Driven Growth Initiatives

  • Use analytics to identify growth opportunities, optimize campaigns, and report on performance (lead generation, conversion rates, partnership ROI, etc.).
  • Recommend and implement sales promotions and incentive programs for affiliates and business clients.

Sales Enablement

  • Support sales efforts with tailored collateral, playbooks, and training for new verticals.
  • Collaborate with the founder and leadership team to shape go-to-market strategies for new offerings.

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience in growth, partnerships, B2B marketing, or related roles (wellness, consulting, HR tech, or digital services background preferred).
  • Proven track record of acquiring and growing corporate accounts and affiliate networks.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrable experience in brand storytelling and PR.
  • Strong analytical mindset; experience with data-driven decision-making and marketing analytics tools.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
  • Experience managing crisis communications and internal comms is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and collaborating across cultures.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
