You need to be a HODLer of these

  • Education: Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Experience: 4–8 years in growth marketing roles, preferably in fintech, BFSI, or the broking sector.
  • Proven experience in lead generation for channel sales or distribution networks.
  • Preferably, a strong understanding of Indian capital markets—especially B2B partner channels.

You will be mining through these tasks

  • Design and execute multi-channel campaigns (digital ads, email, webinars, events) to generate high-quality sub-broker leads.
  • Drive awareness and inbound interest among targeted partner audiences.
  • Optimize funnel marketing strategies for maximum lead conversion.
  • Develop and deliver B2B digital strategies that fuel partner engagement.
