Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in North Delhi for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet organizational objectives. Core responsibilities include managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, leading a dynamic sales team, conducting market analysis, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves developing sales forecasts, generating reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet shared business goals.

  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills

  • Ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams
  • Capability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; an MBA is a plus
  • Experience in the material handling or relevant industrial sector is highly desirable
