Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager, located in Delhi. The Territory Sales Manager will drive growth for MedVital's advanced medical supplies portfolio by developing new business, strengthening relationships with doctors and hospitals, and ensuring successful product adoption. The role includes end-to-end sales ownership—from lead generation and product demos to negotiation and closure—while maintaining high customer satisfaction. The TSM will stay updated on clinical applications, industry trends, and competition to effectively position our innovative solutions in wound care and infection prevention. This is a high-ownership, field-intensive role for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in medical device sales or related healthcare segments; NPWT sales experience is a strong advantage.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a track record of achieving targets.
- Ability to understand and communicate clinical/technical concepts clearly.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and organized pipeline management.
- High ownership mindset with willingness to travel and work 6 days/week on-site in Delhi NCR.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
