About the Role:
Our Client is seeking a senior industry professional to advise on national sales strategy, scalable sales structure, and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop national sales strategy and state-wise growth priorities
* Advise on distributor network expansion (GT/MT)
* Define sales processes, KPIs, and performance review systems
* Recommend and support rollout of Sales Automation / SFA / CRM / DMS tools
* Guide pricing, margin, and product mix strategy
* Provide insights through regional, product-wise, and margin analytics
* Support demand forecasting and market intelligence framework
* Mentor emerging sales leadership.
Mandatory Requirements
* Must have actively managed or consulted sales turnover of ₹1,000 Cr+ in Home Appliances / Consumer Durables
* Led multi-state or national sales operations
* Strong distributor and channel development expertise
* Experience with sales systems and analytics preferred.
