We are a growing email marketing and design agency helping e-commerce brands unlock more revenue through powerful email strategies and stunning creatives. Our team works with DTC and e-commerce businesses to improve their customer retention and brand presence.

We're now looking for a Business Research & Sales Associate
to join us and help fuel our growth by finding, analyzing, and reaching out to potential clients.

What you will do:

A) Research & Identify Leads

  • Discover e-commerce brands and agencies online that could benefit from professional email marketing and design services.
  • Analyze websites and perform quick audits of their existing email marketing.
  • Use Meta Ad Library to find brands running ads with poor or average creatives and identify opportunities.

B) Outreach & Sales

  • Craft and send cold emails, LinkedIn messages, or use other channels to connect with potential clients.
  • Pitch our email marketing and design services in a clear, persuasive way.
  • Maintain a pipeline of leads and follow up consistently to convert them into clients.

C) Collaborate with the Team

  • Share insights about lead quality, objections, and opportunities.
  • Work closely with our marketing and design team to align pitches with client needs.

What We're looking for:

  • Strong online research skills - you know how to dig deep and spot opportunities.
  • Excellent written English for crafting compelling outreach messages.
  • A proactive, self-starter attitude - you take initiative instead of waiting for instructions.
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn, email tools, and online research platforms.
  • Prior sales or lead generation experience (preferred, but not mandatory).
