Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Bhopal. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers, maintaining ongoing relationships with existing clients, and meeting sales targets. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, understanding client needs, providing product demonstrations, preparing sales proposals, and maintaining records of sales activities. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in sales techniques, client relationship management, and customer service
  • Ability to conduct market research and understand customer needs
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
  • Prior experience in the packaging industry, manufacturing, or similar sectors is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM software or sales tools is advantageous
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented attitude and ability to work in team settings
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
