Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Representative, based in Bhopal. The role involves identifying and developing customer leads, building strong client relationships, and presenting company products to meet client needs. The candidate will also be responsible for achieving sales targets, analyzing market trends, preparing sales reports, and actively engaging in after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales, Customer Relationship Management, and Client Acquisition
  • Knowledge of Industrial Supplies, particularly packaging materials, machinery, and associated products
  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and CRM systems is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
