Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic, well-connected professional with a Hotel Management or Hospitality background to join our international recruitment and business development team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about student success, global education, and who has strong connections in the hospitality industry or HR network (LinkedIn or otherwise).

Key Responsibilities:

International Student Recruitment:

  • Develop and implement strategies to recruit international students for hospitality, culinary, and tourism programs.
  • Leverage LinkedIn and professional networks to generate quality leads.
  • Represent ITM at international fairs, webinars, and virtual recruitment events.
  • Handle lead follow-ups and maintain high conversion ratios.

Business Development:

  • Identify and develop partnerships with hotels, hospitality brands, tourism boards, and international institutions.
  • Coordinate international internships and placement collaborations.
  • Assist in creating articulation agreements with global academic partners.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain relationships with overseas agents, alumni, and education consultants.
  • Act as a key point of contact for international recruitment and partnerships.
  • Utilize existing industry/HR contacts for expanding brand presence.
