Position Overview:
Our Client is seeking to hire an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to
work closely with the CEO
and
assist him in leading the Company's Operations
. He will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the company, ensuring the highest standards of excellence and efficiency. This role requires a
smart and hands on leader with sound Financial and Commercial acumen and General Manager experience with International Brand Hotels in India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Strategies aligned with the company's vision and objectives.
- Assist the CEO in overseeing the management of multiple hospitality assets thru Business Partners,
ensuring they meet international luxury standards and deliver desired levels of Profitability. - Collaborate with international luxury hotel brands to maintain and enhance service quality and profitability.
- Drive operational efficiencies and improvements across all assets.
- Fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Oversee budgets, financial performance, and profitability of the assets.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including hotel brand partners and senior leadership within the JV.
- Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within the Hospitality sector.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in the Hospitality industry, with at least
3 years in a leadership role as General Manager/ Unit Head of a Hotel with a leading International Hospitality Brand in India. - Proven experience in managing Hospitality Operations.
- Strong Financial acumen
and experience with
budgetary management. - Ability to contribute to the Company's
Growth and Development - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Familiarity with international luxury hotel brand standards and operations.
- Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence and achieve business goals.
