Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and building relationships with clients and partners. Their day-to-day tasks include identifying new market opportunities, meeting sales targets, coordinating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction, and preparing regular sales reports. The role will also require maintaining knowledge of industry trends, attending relevant events, and providing guidance and training to the sales team.

Qualifications

  • Sales strategy development and implementation skills
  • Ability to manage and lead a sales team
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in client and partner relationship management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
