Hotel Business Growth Strategist

Are you a seasoned hospitality expert with a passion for brand development and hotel onboarding?
About the Role:- This key position will play a crucial role in driving business growth across India, focusing on Carlton brand hotels.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- A strong background in hospitality brand development, franchise management, or hotel groups
- Extensive experience in hotel onboarding, franchise contracts, and operations
- Proven track record of managing multiple stakeholders globally
- Knowledge of mid-market and premium hotel chains is a plus
Responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities:- Hotel Onboarding: Identify, evaluate, and onboard hotels under major brands
- Brand Alignment: Ensure onboarding hotels meet brand guidelines for service, operations, and customer experience
- Training & SOP Compliance: Implement standard operating procedures, training programs, and brand manuals across hotel partners
- Business Performance: Monitor hotel partner performance post-onboarding and drive improvement initiatives
- Quality Assurance: Regular audits to ensure guest services, cleanliness, and facilities management meet brand standards
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with property owners, investors, and internal leadership to align growth objectives
