Overview
Karya is seeking an experienced and strategic leader to oversee our Data Delivery team. As the Head of Data Delivery, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of our datasets and services to our clients, while driving innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
Responsibilities
Data Delivery Management
  • Manage the end-to-end data delivery process, ensuring efficient and seamless operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including our Tech, Customer Success and Operations teams, to align on delivery requirements and timelines
  • Develop and implement best practices, processes, and tools to streamline data delivery workflows
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to data delivery, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
Client Engagement
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients, ensuring their data delivery needs are met and expectations are exceeded
  • Collaborate with clients and the Customer Success team to understand their unique requirements and tailor data delivery solutions accordingly
  • Proactively identify and address potential issues or concerns, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining strong client relationships
Innovation and Continuous Improvement
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in data delivery and data management
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation, driving efficiency and scalability within the data delivery team
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, encouraging team members to explore new ideas and solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement new data delivery offerings or enhancements to existing products and services
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in data delivery, data management, or related roles 
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing high-performing teams  
  • Strong understanding of data delivery processes, methodologies, and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
  • Experience with data governance, data quality, and data security practices
  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and data delivery technologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive continuous improvement
  • Passion for innovation and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
