• Experienced in working on calibration development projects
• Experience in calibrating torque-based control systems (gasoline and diesel) including emissions and climate development
• Excellent knowledge of powertrain systems and sub-systems
• Good knowledge of developing engine management systems and testing techniques
• Ability to use model-based calibration tools e.g. Inca, Uniplot, Cameo, ASCMO, AVL Puma, etc.
• Experienced user of analytical software tools to handle large volumes of data.
• Ability to understand, interpret and evaluate numerical data
• Knowledge of Modelling and Simulation techniques
• Knowledge of coding/programming languages
• Experience with Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) systems
• Sound understanding of engine combustion processes and emissions formulation
• Knowledge and experience INCA and ETAS tools.
• Skilled in statistical testing techniques i.e. Design of Experiments (DoE)
• Complete work in a safe, timely and professional manner with the minimum of supervision *Flexibility to undertake additional task to meet business requirements
• Highly motivated, keen to learn and share knowledge. High attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills.

Job Description

We are seeking a visionary and strategic IT Infrastructure Delivery Head to join our team in Bengaluru, India. As the Department Head, you will lead our IT infrastructure initiatives, driving innovation and ensuring seamless service delivery across the organization.

  • Develop and execute long-term IT infrastructure strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex IT infrastructure systems
  • Manage large-scale IT projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
  • Optimize IT infrastructure performance, reliability, and scalability
  • Implement best practices in cybersecurity and data protection
  • Collaborate with other departments to support digital transformation initiatives
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services and solutions
  • Develop and manage IT infrastructure budgets and resource allocation
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; 10+ years of IT infrastructure management experience, including 5+ years in leadership
  • Strong expertise in cloud technologies, virtualization, network architecture, and cybersecurity best practices
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale IT projects and driving digital transformation initiatives
  • Experience with IT service delivery, infrastructure optimization, and budget management
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CISSP) are a plus
