Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Business Head to lead our Bangalore operations and drive Winger IT Solutions into its next phase of growth. The ideal candidate will combine strategic foresight, operational leadership, and a strong background in IT infrastructure, leasing, and enterprise sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accelerate business growth and 
    expand market share
     across all service verticals.
  • Develop and implement 
    strategic business and revenue plans
     aligned with company goals.
  • Lead and mentor 
    sales, operations, and support teams
     towards performance excellence.
  • Strengthen relationships with 
    OEMs, channel partners, and corporate clients.
  • Drive P&L accountability
    , performance metrics, and business forecasting.
  • Identify 
    new verticals, partnerships, and enterprise opportunities.
  • Promote innovation, digital transformation, and customer-centric operations.

Desired Profile

  • Graduate / MBA with 
    10–20 years of experience
     in IT hardware, enterprise sales, or system integration business.
  • Proven success in 
    business leadership and revenue expansion.
  • Strong industry network
     in the IT rentals, leasing, and infrastructure domain.
  • Excellent 
    communication, negotiation, and leadership
     abilities.
  • Ability to operate strategically while driving execution on the ground.
