We are currently seeking a AI-ML-Tech Lead-Delivery to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Key Responsibilities:

• Agentic AI-Driven Strategy:Develop and implement strategies leveraging agentic AI to enhance project delivery and outcomes.Identify and integrate AI-driven tools and frameworks to automate and optimize project processes.
• Task Decomposition and AI Integration:Break down complex tasks into components that can be addressed using AI technologies.Design AI-driven solutions that facilitate autonomous decision-making and adaptive learning within projects.
• AI-Centric Project Leadership:Lead AI-driven project deliveries, utilizing intelligent systems to predict and adapt to project dynamics.Drive innovation through AI, ensuring projects are aligned with cutting-edge technological advancements.
• Client Interaction and AI Advocacy:Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, advocating for AI-driven solutions that offer enhanced value.Educate clients on the benefits and implications of agentic AI technologies in their business context.
• Cross-Functional AI Collaboration:Work closely with AI developers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of AI into projects.Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation, encouraging the team to explore new AI methodologies.
• Continuous AI Learning and Improvement:Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI, particularly in agentic AI, and apply this knowledge to enhance project delivery.Implement AI-driven feedback loops to continuously improve project processes and outcomes.
• Quality and Compliance in AI Delivery:Ensure that AI-driven solutions adhere to industry standards and ethical guidelines.Monitor AI system performance and make data-driven adjustments to maintain quality and compliance

Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in a techno-functional role with a focus on AI-driven project delivery.
- Strong understanding of agentic AI technologies and their application in autonomous decision-making.
- Proven ability to lead innovative projects that leverage AI for enhanced delivery and outcomes
- .Excellent communication skills to articulate AI strategies and benefits to clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment focused on AI innovation.Experience with AI frameworks and tools, and a strong commitment to continuous learning in the AI field.
