Job Summary:

The Senior HR Executive will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, compliance, and performance management. This role requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills to ensure smooth HR functioning and to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  2. Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.

  3. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.

  4. Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs.

  5. Employee Engagement & Relations

  6. Handle employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution.

  7. Drive employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives.

  8. Maintain a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

  9. HR Operations & Compliance

  10. Manage employee records and HR database (attendance, leaves, payroll inputs).

  11. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.).

  12. Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies.

  13. Performance Management & Training

  14. Support performance appraisal process (KRA/KPI tracking).

  15. Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs.

  16. Monitor probation, confirmation, and exit formalities.

  17. Reporting & Analytics

  18. Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports, dashboards, and HR metrics.

  19. Provide insights to management for decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4–7 years of HR experience (generalist profile preferred).
  • Good knowledge of labor laws & HR compliance.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software (HRMS/ATS).
