Job Summary:
The Senior HR Executive will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, compliance, and performance management. This role requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills to ensure smooth HR functioning and to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs.
Employee Engagement & Relations
Handle employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Drive employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives.
Maintain a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
HR Operations & Compliance
Manage employee records and HR database (attendance, leaves, payroll inputs).
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.).
Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies.
Performance Management & Training
Support performance appraisal process (KRA/KPI tracking).
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs.
Monitor probation, confirmation, and exit formalities.
Reporting & Analytics
Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports, dashboards, and HR metrics.
- Provide insights to management for decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4–7 years of HR experience (generalist profile preferred).
- Good knowledge of labor laws & HR compliance.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software (HRMS/ATS).
