Designation: Sr. Accounts Executive

Location: Bhiwandi

Experience: 3-8 yrs

Salary: 30K - 35K

Job Description:

Accounting

• Reconciliation of Accounts
• Inventory Valuation and Management.
• Individual accounts data entry and compliance
• Responding to financial enquiries by gathering and interpreting data
• Preparing tour reports summary, vendor payments list and cash voucher verification

MIS reports

• Prepare reports to enable Management to take informed business decisions
• Debtors Ageing and collection reports. Follow-up the same with sales team for collection of pending payments.
• Creditors Ageing and Payment details.
• Prepare Month end Cash flow
• Investment payments and Reports

Statutory Compliance

• Tax Payment i.e., GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, Advance Tax etc,
• Compliance adherence for exports (FIRC)
• Coordinating with sales Team for C-form
• Preparation of documents before scrutiny

Salary Processing

• Accurate salary processing considering the loan and TDS working along with disbursement.

Full and Final settlement processing and disbursement of person leaving job.
