Job Summary:

The Senior HR Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, compliance, performance management, and employee engagement. This role requires a strong understanding of HR policies and the ability to support both employees and management in achieving organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle the full recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records (attendance, payroll, personal files, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
  • Manage payroll processing and coordinate with the finance department.
  • Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Conduct employee induction, training coordination, and development programs.
  • Support performance appraisal processes and career development plans.
  • Address employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary actions in line with company policy.
  • Drive employee engagement activities to build a positive work culture.
  • Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and MIS for management review.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/Payroll software.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, and compliance.
  • Prior experience in [Manufacturing/Corporate/IT/Interior Design/Service industry] will be an advantage.

Salary Range:25K - 35K
