An HR Executive focused on attendance and time management is responsible for maintaining accurate employee attendance records, validating timesheets against company policies, managing leave requests, and ensuring timely submission of all time-related data for payroll processing. Key duties include enforcing time-and-attendance policies, communicating deadlines and procedures to employees, using HRIS software for record-keeping, and liaising with the finance department to support payroll functions. Key Responsibilities
- Attendance & Time Tracking:Manage timesheet collection, validate accuracy, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Leave Management:Update and maintain leave trackers, process leave applications, and ensure proper manager approvals are obtained.
- Data Management:Maintain accurate and detailed records of employee attendance, leave, and timesheet submissions within the HR database or HRIS.
- Policy Enforcement:Ensure employees comply with the company's time and attendance policies and follow up with those who fail to submit timesheets on time.
- Communication:Provide timely reminders to employees regarding timesheet submission deadlines and address their queries related to attendance and leave policies.
- Payroll Support:Provide validated timesheet data to the accounting or finance team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Reporting:Identify timesheet defaulters and report them to team leaders or managers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Technical Proficiency:Experience using HRIS and other software applications for data management and communication.
- Organizational Skills:Strong ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and maintain meticulous records.
- Communication Skills:Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills to interact with employees and management.
- Knowledge:Understanding of HR principles, company policies, and labor laws related to time and attendance.
- Attention to Detail:Ability to validate timesheets for accuracy and completeness.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10, ₹30,000.00 per month
