About:
We are Pixels Planet, a video production company with over 8 years of experience creating a wide range of content. From initial planning and conceptualization to shooting, editing, sound design, animation, and coloring, we handle all aspects of video.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business leads through networking, cold calling, social media, and industry events.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and present suitable solutions, products, or services.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close business deals to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align strategies and ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities in CRM tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
