Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru South for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and creating strategic plans to drive company growth. The role also involves preparing and delivering presentations to potential clients and working closely with the marketing and engineering teams to ensure client requirements are met.

Qualifications

  • Experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management
  • Strong market research and strategic planning skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with the additive manufacturing sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
