About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused
Client Onboarding Specialist / Business Development Executive
to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who has experience in
client onboarding, relationship management, and business development (non-IT sector)
and is eager to drive customer success from Day 1.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end
client onboarding process
, ensuring a smooth and professional experience. - Build and maintain strong client relationships through continuous engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client requirements and deliverables.
- Identify business opportunities and contribute to
sales & expansion initiatives
. - Drive client meetings, manage escalations, and ensure timely resolution.
- Provide clear communication and regular updates to clients.
Requirements:
- 3 to 6 years of experience in
Client Onboarding / Business Development / Client Servicing
(non-IT sector). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage client expectations effectively.
- Proactive mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work
from office in Hyderabad
