Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Bengaluru South. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, conducting market research, and collaborating with internal teams to create proposals and presentations. The Manager will also be tasked with negotiating contracts, analyzing business trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience in business development, client relationship management, and strategic planning
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Excellent market research and analysis capabilities
  • Ability to collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and presentations
  • Keen understanding of IT services including network services, cloud services, cybersecurity, and managed services
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving business growth
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the technology sector is a plus
