Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Manager with strong expertise in sales, digital marketing, and client conversion, preferably in the SMB/local business solutions space. The role involves owning the entire sales cycle, while driving revenue growth through smart sales strategies, market insights, and close collaboration with the marketing team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end sales: lead nurturing, product demonstration, pitching, closures.
  • Develop & execute sales strategies for high conversions.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and client needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead conversion.
  • Track metrics and drive continuous improvement.
