Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager located in the
North Kolkata
metropolitan area. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, leading and mentoring a team of sales representatives, managing sales targets, and building strong customer relationships within the assigned region. The candidate will also be required to analyze market trends, provide performance reports, and align sales efforts with organizational goals to drive growth and build brand visibility in the region.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in
    Critical Care injectables /Hospital Ot products .
  • Strong leadership, team management, and mentorship skills
  • Market analysis, customer relationship management, and negotiation expertise
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and market dynamics is an advantage
  • A
    graduation
    degree in business, marketing, pharmaceuticals, or a related field is preferred
