About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Female Sales Person to join our electric showroom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling walk-in customers, explaining products, generating sales, and maintaining excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and attend to walk-in customers in the showroom.
  • Explain product features, specifications, and pricing to customers.
  • Assist customers in selecting suitable electrical products as per their needs.
  • Handle billing, cash/UPI transactions, and issue receipts.
  • Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom is neat and organized.
  • Update stock availability and coordinate with the store team for product dispatch.
  • Maintain good relationships with customers and follow up for repeat business.
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets set by management.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide timely resolutions.

Requirements:

  • Female candidate preferred.
  • Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
  • Prior sales or retail experience in electrical/consumer durable showroom will be an added advantage.
  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Basic knowledge of billing, stock handling, and MS Office.
  • Pleasant personality with customer-first attitude.
