**Position**: Sales Associate
**Salary Range**: ₹1.5 LPA - ₹1.9 LPA

We are now looking for a dedicated and dynamic **Sales Associate** to join our team at **Patna Airport**.

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Customer Experience**:

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in product selection.
- Understand customer needs and provide personalized product recommendations.
- Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

**2. Sales & Target Achievement**:

- Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals.
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge and effective selling techniques.
- Participate in promotional campaigns and suggestive selling to maximize revenue.

**3. Store Operations**:

- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of the store at all times.
- Support inventory management including stock checking, tagging, and replenishment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.

**4. Visual Merchandising**:

- Maintain the store’s visual appeal according to brand guidelines.
- Assist in setting up product displays and seasonal promotions.

**5. Reporting & Coordination**:

- Prepare daily sales reports and share customer feedback with the store manager.
- Coordinate with the back-end and procurement teams to ensure timely stock availability.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of retail or customer service experience (**luxury or airport retail preferred**).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customers efficiently.
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
